A simplified version of the QSEye program for Quantum Scientific Imaging, Inc. 500/600-series CCD cameras. It allows control of camera exposure parameters and filter selection. It also offers graphical subframe selection and visual focusing with FWHM and HFR measurements. While it lacks features such as anti-blooming control, gain control, and dithering via PHD, it allows for an unlimited number of exposure requests to be submitted for automatic processing. Image data can be saved in FITS or TIFF formats.

QSEye Lite is limited, in comparison to QSEye, in that QSEye Lite does not allow:
- control of anti-blooming
- control of gain
- control of special 'first filter' settings
- dithering via PHD
nor a count value other than one (1) when submitting exposure requests (although there is no limit on the total requests enqueued).
