The motion capturing techniques are very intuitive and allow me to take control over all movements of my models. I can customize skeleton simulations, adjust the control rig and configure the range of movements for every body part. Generating poses from scratch and altering body positions is also very easy. Overall, I highly recommend Autodesk MotionBuilder for anyone looking for a powerful 3D animation software.
