I recently started using Rules Manager to manage my email data, and it has been a great help. The custom toolbar makes it easy to access and process content from Outlook, and I love the ability to transfer individual messages. I also appreciate the ability to confirm modifications of email texts and attachments, as well as the ability to search for content. Overall, Rules Manager has greatly simplified, sped up, and optimized my email data management. Highly recommended!

Rules Manager is designed to minimise the effort required to organise and manage email.
When first installed, the first thing you are likely to notice is the new toolbar which will be floating in front of Outlook. This can be treated as a normal Outlook toolbar (which is what it is) and docked with the main toolbar as you like. Next time you start Outlook, it will be reappear where it was last placed.
